As you access the castle of Marsilina, into the left courtyard, you will be surprised by a very vast and sweeping view over the flatland of Maremma, all the way to the sea and onto Montecristo Island and the sun set.

The apartment is full of light very well furnished and equipped, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and living room, just out side this apartment is a furnished terrace, and a courtyard dehors , casa Fineo shares the pool with casa Massimo, and casa della Chiesa just a few steps away onto the castle’s grounds and garden.

    • Minimum stay is one week, arrival and departure are flexible (i.e. not necessary from Sat to Sat, in mid and low seasons we allow arrivals and departure during the week)

    • Check in between 4pm and 7pm

    • Check out no later than 9.30 am – this is to allow for enough time for cleaning and setting the house up for you fellow travellers who will check in after you leave.

    • Silva at the office will help you with any enquiry, office hours: Tuesday to Saturday from 3 to 7.30pm office number 0564 6063050

    • Garbage: please make sure the house is empty from all garbage before you leave

    • If you stay longer than one week household linen (bed sheets and towelling) will be changed once a week (every 6 or 7 nights) if you wish to have extra changes please referre to Silva at the Office

    • Please do not waste water, do so by not leaving the taps running…this is a very dry country

    • BBQs and fires places: please referre to the office for fire wood (small extra cost) and for BBQs , please take utmost care while grilling outside, forest fires are very easy to start in the dry season (in any season in fact!!)

    • Garden and Pool: utmost care must be taken around the pool, especially with small children. If dining in the garden or by the pool please make sure all utensils (plates glasses and cutlery) is taken back to the house, our next guest will hate it to find lesser utensils than needed in the drawers …

Rates
Are per week unless otherwise indicated and include electricity, water, and weekly change of linen.

Extra charges
Wood for fireplace 25 Euro per basket.
Extra cleaning if needed at 15 Euro per hour.

Payment
 50% of the rent is to be paid at the moment of booking. The remaining 50% is due 6 weeks before arrival. Payments are to be done by bank transfer.

Security deposit
Upon arrival we ask our guests to leave 200 Euro in cash or cheque, as a security deposit (no credit cards are accepted) for any eventual damage or breakage which may occur during the stay. At the end of the sojourn the sum will be given back, unless it has to be used partly or fully for any damage.

Number of beds
We cannot allow the number of persons staying in a house to be higher than the number of beds initially stated.

Cancellation by the client
the following rates will apply:

  1. 10% of the total rent up to 4 months (120 days) before the date of arrival
  2. 50% up to 2 months (60 days) before the date of arrival
  3. 100% as from the 59th day before arrival
