Open-planned, luminous, cozy, stylish bohemian garden apartment on 2 levels, comprising 1 double bedroom, open-space en-suite bathroom on the mezzanine level, living room with fire place.

The guests welcome includes: a house book with local information about the city, a list of favourite restaurants and food shops, and a bottle of our best vintages.

The train station is only 5 minutes away and the city attractions are all within walking distance.

discount policy for long stays

    • Minimum stay is three days, arrival and departure are flexible (ie not necessary from Sat to Sat, in mid and low seasons we allow arrivals and departure during the week)

    • Check in between 4pm and 7pm

    • Check out no later than 9.30 am – this is to allow for enough time for cleaning and setting the house up for you fellow travellers who will check in after you leave.

    • Garbage: please make sure the house is empty from all garbage before you leave

    • If you stay longer than one week household linen (bed sheets and towelings) will be changed once a week (every 6 or 7 nights) if you wish to have extra changes please contact us

    • Please do not waste water, do so by not leaving the taps running…this is a very dry country

    • Garden : If dining in the garden or by the pool please make sure all utensils (plates glasses and cutlery) is taken back to the house, our next guest will hate it to find lesser utensils than needed in the drawers …

Extra charges
Wood for fireplace 25 Euro per basket.
Extra cleaning if needed at 15 Euro per hour.

Payment
50% of the rent is to be paid at the moment of booking. The remaining 50% is due 6 weeks before arrival. Payments are to be done by bank transfer at:

Security deposit
Upon arrival we ask our guests to leave 200 Euro in cash or cheque, as a security deposit (no credit cards are accepted) for any eventual damage or breakage which may occur during the stay. At the end of the sojourn the sum will be given back, unless it has to be used partly or fully for any damage.

Number of beds
We cannot allow the number of persons staying in a house to be higher than the number of beds initially stated.

Cancellation by the client
the following rates will apply:

  1. 10% of the total rent up to 4 months (120 days) before the date of arrival
  2. 50% up to 2 months (60 days) before the date of arrival
  3. 100% as from the 59th day before arrival

Should we manage to rent the house partly or fully for the cancelled period we will of course refund the client accordingly.

    8 days to go, the most sophisticated craftsmen fair will open the doors to the general public in the splendid private location of the Gardens of Palazzo Corsini.

    The setting up has started and we getting excited, this year will be the 20th anniversary and the programme is full of special events.

    The idea we cherish and promote in this outstanding fair is craftsmanship…. The power of “fatto a mano”, visitors will be able to appreciate some of the processes involved in the creation of the “objects”. Our heritage is based on the  quality and the genius  of our craftsmen since the very early ages, architects masons, guilders, carpenters, carving masters, moulders, sculptors, upholsterers  and even shoe makers and tailors and more have all worked together to bring us the immense patrimony we can still appreciate today.
